My client in the remarketing automotive industry is expanding its digital wholesale platform and is looking for a Head of Buyer Engagement to drive buyer activation, retention, and loyalty across Europe. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader with expertise in buyer engagement, customer success, and the European used car market.
Tasks
- Build and lead a remote, multi-cultural buyer engagement team.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, activate, and retain buyers.
- Use data analytics & market research to optimize engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success and drive improvements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in buyer engagement, customer success, or sales.
- Strong leadership experience in the European wholesale automotive sector.
- Proven success in scaling engagement functions and managing remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus).
