Development Engineer Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Since 1962, EUROATLAS GmbH has been developing and producing robust, reliable, and highly precise power electronics (voltage converters, frequency converters, power supply devices) for modern military and civil applications.

We provide both the development or further development of electronic designs from concept to series production, as well as series production and the execution of service/support for the entire product life cycle.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. Development and design of high-end power supply systems according to specifications using modern CAD/CAE tools
2. Circuit design and component selection
3. Product optimization in collaboration with related departments
4. Technical clarification with our customers and suppliers
5. Creating technical documents
6. Preparation, planning, and support of type testing

Our requirements:

1. Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
2. Experience in power electronics and hardware development
3. Experience using CAE tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink/PLECS, EAGLE)
4. Knowledge in programming microcontrollers and/or FPGAs is an advantage
5. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
6. Independent, systematic, and goal-oriented working style
7. High level of commitment and self-motivation
