I have a number of opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors consultants with Employee Central experience, whether freelancers or permanent consultants, with a prestigious client offering great growth opportunities.

You must speak fluent English and fluent German.

These positions are completely remote – you will be based within Europe.

Freelance Position:

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Freelance)

2 - 3 days a week

Profile:

• Strong experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• 3–4 full lifecycle implementations
• Able to work independently and support ongoing activities

Permanent Positions:

Profile:

• Strong hands‑on background in Employee Central / SAP SuccessFactors
• Moving into or already performing a Team Lead role
• Responsible for technical management of the team
• Previous implementation experience
• Ability to prepare Service Descriptions
• Experience handling Change Requests
• Assertive, confident communication style—able to lead and guide a consulting team
• Consulting background preferred

Profile (Time Management focus):

• 1–2 implementations required
• Configuration and integration experience
• Taking over technical leadership for the Time Management area
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules related to time recording and time valuation
