Overview
In this role you drive quality-controlled microbiology projects within Eurofins Swiss operations, ensuring timely, GMP-compliant results and seamless documentation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to map projects, review technical deliverables, and support new business opportunities. You’ll optimize processes and maintain SOPs while upholding high customer service standards. This position offers hands-on impact in a growing, science-driven environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Supervise microbiology-focused customer projects and related subcontracted analytical services
- Plan and organize projects and deliverables, reviewing plans, documents, and validation reports
- Map and configure projects in the LIMS system
- Ensure analytical work is conducted properly, on time, and GMP-compliant
- Approve analysis results and reports
- Provide supervision and scientific support while supporting new project acquisitions
- Process laboratory deviations and perform root-cause analyses (OOS)
- Collaborate on quotations and contribute to site-wide process optimization
- Review and revise work instructions (SOPs)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed studies in life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, ideally microbiology)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
- Experience in pharma quality control in microbiology and clean water analysis
- High customer and service orientation
- Strong IT and Office skills; ideally experience with LIMS
- Ideally project management experience
- Team player, responsible and reliable
- Very good German and good English skills
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
