We are looking for a Panel Leader to reinforce our Sensory Research team in Munich on a full-time permanent contract.
Job Description
- Development and execution of the partnership relation with the client
- Management of the planification for this specific panel both on macro (business and research project) and micro level (expert panel session definition, set-up of test design)
- Moderation of expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes
- Responsible for panel performance: program questionnaire, analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution
- Raw data preparation for data delivery to the client
- Analysis, report creation and recommendations
- Results presentation to the client
- Coordination and execution of recruitment and selection of new panelists if needed
- Development of the Sensory Team in collaboration with the other members via transversal projects (improvement of panel recruitment process, data analysis, panel performance analysis, etc.)
- Active participation in the development of SAM Germany by collaborating with the other research teams across SAM countries
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Sensory
- First-hand experience in Expert Panel Moderation
- Strong knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to Sensory
- Confident communicator in German, both spoken and written. Excellent English is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Survey Software (such as RedJade) is a plus
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with multiple stakeholders
- Open-minded, easy to connect and creative mindset
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
- Problem-solving attitude
- Fast to learn
