We are looking to strengthen our Purchase & Supply Chain team with a:
Resale & Central Purchasing Platform (CPP) Coordinator
Join a key role between purchasing, data and business
Do you want to develop at the heart of the purchasing function with operational responsibility and on a major project for our company?
This position places you at the interface between local teams, group and suppliers, with a direct impact on data quality, management of the revenues of our Central Purchasing platform, its deployment and the experience of the points of sale.
Your mission
Ensure the smooth operation of the Central Purchasing Platform (CPP) for Euromaster Switzerland (main scope) and in support of France, by ensuring the reliability of purchasing data, the fluidity of operations and alignment with group strategy.
Your responsibilities
Purchasing & data management
- Integrate and maintain purchasing conditions and rebates in local systems - Ensure consistency and quality of pricing data between systems and references - Manage billing discrepancies and support validation processes - Participate in updating key billing data (KB)
Network support (points of sale)
- Be the central contact point for points of sale (franchisees and integrated) - Provide daily operational support and optimise CPP flows - Continuously improve the quality, efficiency and fluidity of operations
Supplier & business relations
- Support supplier onboarding and management - Participate in annual agreements and monitoring of commercial conditions - Collaborate with Sales, Franchise and Operations teams on business initiatives - Contribute to CPP revenue management and reporting
Strategy & compliance
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and group framework - Monitor performance indicators and data quality - Contribute to the development and structuring of the CPP model
Scope
- Switzerland: ~90% of activities - France: ~10% in support

Your profile
Education
- HEG / CFC commercial employee or equivalent - Supply Chain/purchasing training: an asset
Experience & skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar B2B role - Experience in key account management and business development - Strong negotiation and client relationship skills - Excellent command of digital tools (CRM, MS Office) - Automotive / tyre knowledge: a plus

- Results-oriented - Autonomous and organised - Proactive and solution-oriented - Comfortable in a dynamic environment - Excellent communicator with a strong team spirit
Languages
- Native French or German speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
