The European School Munich is looking for a Qualified secondary school teacher (part-time) for Maltese mother tongue European School Munich Neuperlach site Locally recruited teacher Secondary Cycle From 01.09.2025 2 periods / week The European School Munich (ESM) provides multilingual and multicultural education from kindergarten to Baccalaureate. It is the only school in Munich where the national languages of all Member States of the European Union are taught. It is part of the system of the European Schools, established by the EU Member States as official educational institutions.

Education and teaching in the European spirit is provided by a multilingual and multicultural team. Your profileYou have the sufficient qualification for teaching Maltese in the secondary cycle. You have good language skills in German, English and/or French.

You would like to work in a multinational environment and team with colleagues from all over Europe to educate children in the European spirit. You enjoy accompanying and supporting children in their individual development. You have strong interest and skills for working in the intercultural field.

You can identify with our pedagogical concept and are motivated to implement it creatively and competently as part of the team. Your tasksTeaching on the basis of a jointly agreed syllabus (all EU countries). Exchange and cooperation with teachers from different language departments.

Hourly quota: 2 periods/week in school year 2025-26; additional periods in our Primary school possible. We offerA position in a multinational environment in a team with colleagues from all over Europe. An open working atmosphere with mutual appreciation.

Excellent school facilities and premises. An attractive salary as a locally recruited teacher. If you would like to enroll your children at the ESM: Children of staff members fall under Category I and are therefore eligible for admission.

School fees are reduced if you hold a part-time position.
