In your role you will manage the company\’s applications portfolio – ensuring optimal performance and uptime. You’ll oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications in a cloud hosting environment. In addition you will collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement effective application strategies to identify and resolve any application‑related issues or bottlenecks. Further tasks are to monitor the application performance to ensure efficient operation and streamline processes where necessary. You will stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in cloud hosting and application management. Furthermore, you’ll provide technical guidance and support to the team.

• Completed Bachelor\’s degree or apprenticeship in the fields of Computer Science, IT Engineering, or similar
• Professional experience ideally as an Application Manager (f/m/d) or Application Support Manager (f/m/d)
• In‑depth knowledge of cloud hosting platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Services
• Strong understanding of application deployment processes, including build, release, and automation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication abilities in line with good language skills in English and German
