The European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology is a dynamic network of higher education institutions located in Berlin, Potsdam, and Hamburg. We foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement through collaboration and research.
To deliver high-quality, industry-relevant teaching across EIIET's management provision at Level 5–7; to lead assigned modules from design through assessment and moderation; and to contribute to programme development, accreditation compliance, and employer/industry engagement in support of EIIET's awarding and validation partnerships.
Teaching and learning
- Teach undergraduate, graduate and MBA courses in management, such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, leadership, operations and international management
- Design and update course syllabi, learning materials and assessments in line with programme learning outcomes and quality assurance standards
- Use interactive, practice-oriented teaching methods, including case studies, simulations and project work with companies and startups
- Supervise student projects, internships and bachelor's and master's theses
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to a diverse international student body
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes and programme reviews
- Engage in applied research, publications or knowledge transfer activities
- Participate in faculty meetings, examination boards and institutional events, and support EIIET's industry and partner network
Qualifications
- A doctoral degree (PhD/Dr.) in management, business administration or a closely related field
- Teaching experience in higher education, ideally including international or English-taught programmes
- Sound knowledge of current management theory and practice
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and enthusiasm for student-centred teaching
