We offer comprehensive services for the characterization and quantification of proteins and peptides using state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, such as the Orbitrap Fusion Lumos, Exploris480 and soon Orbitrap Astral, and nano-flow liquid chromatography systems like the Ultimate 3000 and Vanquish Neo.\\n\\nIn this role, you will engage closely with users to provide expert advice on experimental design and critical steps in sample preparation.

Your responsibilities will include preparing samples for mass spectrometry analysis using techniques such as in-gel digestion, SP3 workflows on KingFisher, TMT labeling, and offline fractionation methods. You will perform LC-MS/MS analyses to acquire high-quality proteomic data and analyze the results using software tools like FragPipe, DIA-NN, and Skyline, as well as automated data processing pipelines. Interpreting data and providing insightful feedback to users will be a key part of your role.\\n\\nTroubleshooting technical challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory workflows are essential aspects of the position.
