We are currently seeking an Educational activities assistant for a 4-month temporary position (70–100%) to support the coordination and delivery of ERS educational assessment activities, with a particular focus on the Adult and Paediatric HERMES examinations. The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support, coordinate examination-related activities, and work closely with expert committees, faculty members and international partners. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, international environment. Working closely within the education team and the Assessment Director, Examination Committees, MCQ authors, national societies and internal stakeholders, the role ensures high-quality assessment processes, supports the international development of HERMES examinations and contributes to the continuous evolution of ERS educational standards.
