For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed: Senior Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d)Your mission is to establish a scalable, compliant and globally aligned learning ecosystem for our new semiconductor manufacturing site in Dresden.
Working closely with our headquarters in Taiwan, you will translate global learning standards into local processes while ensuring all qualification, compliance and training requirements meet the needs of a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
This role will design the systems, processes and governance that enable a world-class manufacturing organization to develop, qualify and certify its workforce.
