We are currently partnered with a global semiconductor company developing advanced analog and mixed-signal solutions for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. As part of continued growth and investment in next-generation products, they are looking to hire a Director of Analog Design to lead global analog IC development, drive technical strategy, and build high‑performing engineering teams across multiple international design centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long‑term analog and mixed‑signal design strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives
- Translate business priorities into actionable engineering plans and drive execution across global design teams
- Lead innovation initiatives across analog design methodologies, IP development, verification approaches, and engineering processes
- Influence future technology direction and contribute to broader engineering and organisational strategy
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design within the semiconductor industry
- Proven leadership experience managing analog design teams
- Demonstrated success delivering complex semiconductor products from concept through tape‑out and production
