Field Application Engineer

Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Senior Service Technician with expertise in Canon photolithography equipment (steppers and scanners). This role involves providing both onsite and remote technical service, supporting junior technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain Canon steppers and scanners at customer sites.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and end-users.
• Coordinate and execute equipment installation and repair projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service tools, documentation, and high standards of quality assurance.
• Travel nationally and internationally for onsite service assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma with advanced electronics training (required); Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on service/maintenance experience with Canon photolithography equipment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, reading technical drawings, and using hand/electronic tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license and current passport (required).
