Responsibilities
Architect, design, implement, simulate, and benchmark MCU, DSP systems, and hardware accelerators
Collaborate with product integration teams to define, integrate, and optimize these systems
Support verification and FPGA prototyping efforts to ensure robust designs
Coordinate SDK development in close partnership with the software team
Take ownership of project activities and drive them to completion
Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and flows
Qualifications
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
10+ years of proven experience in semiconductor product development, including engineering leadership
Strong background with embedded CPUs (e.g., ARM Cortex, DSP) and AMBA bus protocols (AHB/APB)
Hands‑on experience in RTL design of digital IP blocks and systems (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
Skilled in technical documentation and specification writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Eligible to work in Switzerland
Nice to Have
Project or task leadership experience
Expertise in CPU/MCU subsystem design, SystemRDL, or IP‑XACT
Programming experience in Python (automation) and C/C++ (embedded software)
Knowledge of design intent (timing constraints/SDC, power intent/UPF)
Background in accelerators and signal processing components
Familiarity with RTL‑to‑GDS flows (synthesis, P&R, STA, power analysis)
Experience with advanced digital verification methodologies (e.g., UVM)
Knowledge of French
