Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the construction and materials industry? We are seeking two highly motivated B2B Sales Executives to join our team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through sales meetings, presentations, and consultations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our existing customer base.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Support Sales Managers in executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights to Product and Development teams based on market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on B2B Marketing & Strategy, MSc in Strategic Marketing, or a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Construction Materials. Degrees from top institutions like INSEAD, MIT, or Cranfield School of Management (UK) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in B2B and SaaS sectors, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong account management and client acquisition skills.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, B2B account management, and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills, lead generation expertise, and forecasting abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
