Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through sales meetings, presentations, and consultations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our existing customer base.
- Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Support Sales Managers in executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights to Product and Development teams based on market feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on B2B Marketing & Strategy, MSc in Strategic Marketing, or a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Construction Materials. Degrees from top institutions like INSEAD, MIT, or Cranfield School of Management (UK) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in B2B and SaaS sectors, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong account management and client acquisition skills.
- Expertise in sales strategy, B2B account management, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, lead generation expertise, and forecasting abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
