Senior / Director IT Architect – Product and Platform – Global Consultant and Technology Business

• Locations: Multiple sites in Germany (with 2-3 days of customer travel per week)

As a Senior IT Architect – Product & Platform , you will be responsible for designing scalable, future-proof IT architectures leveraging the latest cloud and DevOps technologies. Your role bridges the gap between technology and business by translating complex product requirements into effective architectural solutions. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring best practices and strategic alignment to create high-performance solutions tailored to customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement robust IT architectures for modern, complex platforms.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions, considering industry standards and product requirements.
• Translate detailed product requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Assess the feasibility of technical requirements and ensure smooth architectural execution.
• Make informed technology choices to create flexible, high-performing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Leadership – 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, IT management, or IT strategy roles.
• Cloud & DevOps Expertise – Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps practices , and web development.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to align IT solutions with business goals , product management, and overall IT strategy.
• Project & Stakeholder Management – Strong understanding of customer needs, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentorship & Leadership – Capable of leading teams, guiding junior architects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Travel Flexibility – Willing to travel to customer sites 2-3 days per week .
