Job Title: Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities
- Optimize the company's supply chain management system, strengthening internationalization.
- Develop and drive the implementation of the company’s supply chain strategy.
- Oversee the development, management, and evaluation of domestic and international suppliers, ensuring prices, quality, and delivery meet company requirements while continuously optimizing the supplier network.
- Coordinate plan management, capacity planning, inventory control, and risk management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Build and develop the supply chain team, enhancing professional skills and team cohesion through training, evaluation, and selection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics.
- Relevant leadership experience in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of supply chain practices and logistics in the industrial electrical cable, solar energy or battery storage industry is preferred.
- Excellent team management skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams and innovative solutions.
- Hands-on approach with a strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Not afraid to drive change and challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, demand forecasting, and transportation management systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business fluency in English is required.
- Any other European language is an advantage.
