Technical Solutions Manager (German and English Speaking) – Solar / Energy Storage Systems

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager for a well‑established global company that specialises in telecommunications and energy products. With thousands of employees worldwide, this leader in connectivity solutions has won international awards and is expanding its presence in the European market.

Location and Relocation

The role is on‑site in Dusseldorf, so relocation will be required if you do not live locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs for commercial & industrial PV and ESS and develop and pitch targeted solutions.
• Actively generate sales and revenue to meet targets.
• Define product strategy through technical analysis and competitor reviews.
• Ensure technical authority by optimizing solutions.
• Enable sales by preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) and quotations.
• Serve as the main communicator, articulating the value of the company’s PV plant solutions and driving customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, energy or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of solar technologies (e.g., inverters, PV systems).
• Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Fluency in English and German.
