Our Human Resources team of ten colleagues, with diverse professional backgrounds, supports nearly 500 employees. We truly enjoy interacting with people and building positive relationships, including a close collaboration with the Works Council. Our standard way of working is based on exchanging ideas and consulting to find the best solution. We enjoy the close interaction with each other and our very diverse and international environment.

As an addition for our Human Resources group we are looking for two HR professionals.

The responsibilities of this position can also be performed in part-time with a minimum of 30 hrs/week and involve the independent and proactive completion of HR activities, in particular:

  • Performance of all recruitment activities (from staff request, advertisement, selection of candidates, interviews, hiring to onboarding), including coordination of interviews and travel arrangements for applicants.
  • Support in daily HR administration throughout the whole employee lifecycle, such as administration of employments, maintaining the e-files, support with the monthly payroll, etc.
  • Consultation and support of colleagues and supervisors in HR matters.
  • In addition, we are open to assign tasks according to individual skills and preferences as far as possible.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed relevant professional education.
  • Experience in recruitment and basic experience in German labour law.
  • Ideally first experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in English (English is the company language) and at least B2 level in German.
  • Proactive mode of operation.
  • Ability and readiness to assume responsibility.
  • Team player with developed communication skills.
