Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a candidate with tourism studies background and a strong commercial orientation, experienced as an external sales representative in the Corporate market for Munich/Berlin. The ideal candidate will be a Sales Executive with over 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, eager to learn and grow within the company, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational needs.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with the local market
2. Researching new market opportunities and developing strategies
3. Inviting potential clients for property tours and conducting individual presentations, highlighting facilities and services
4. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators and coaching performance accordingly
5. Engaging in telemarketing activities
6. Tracking requests and accounts
7. Resolving incidents

Requirements :

• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Availability to travel
