Network planning draws up the flight and production plans in coordination with all commercial and operational departments. It thus provides the basis for the company’s planning and the commercial offer to the customer. This includes the Market Planning, Scheduling and Slot Management teams.

Tasks
- Registration, preparation & participation in semi-annual international slot conferences & voting rounds
- Securing historical slots & maintenance of the entire Eurowings slot portfolio
- Monitoring the slot portfolio
- Incorporating the slot inventory into the relevant flight planning systems & communicating this to all relevant interfaces
- Administration of the necessary IT systems
- Technical lead of the team members of the network planning department with regard to slot-related topics
- Further development of a cross-team reporting system for the documentation of all key figures in network planning

Requirements
In addition to a successfully completed university/master’s degree or a successfully completed bachelor’s degree and many years of relevant professional experience in the field of slot management, you should bring the following:
- Several years of professional experience in the field of slot management and/or network planning
- Sound, long-standing knowledge in the field of netline slot management
- Good knowledge of business management and mathematical/statistical procedures
- Experience in the technical management of employees
- Strong analytical/graphical and conceptual thinking skills
- High degree of initiative and commitment as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working & a strong understanding of numbers
- Communicative and a strong negotiator
