As Senior Content Manager (all genders) – Hybrid, you hold the end-to-end responsibility for analyzing, updating and optimizing all Eurowings relevant web platforms (mobile, desktop, Mobile App), so that users can find the desired content easily. Moreover, you ensure that Eurowings serves customer needs and pushes sales on the entire web platforms leading to a constant optimization of Eurowings platforms conversion rate.
What you’ll do
- Understand and promote content management systems and content strategies
- Create target group-specific content in close coordination with various departments of Eurowings
- Optimize existing web content with regard to usability, accessibility and marketing aspects
- Organize and create editorial plans and guidelines
- Be a counterpart and role model for collaboration with the product, category management and platform teams
- Handle end to end project management, including conceptualization, commercial evaluation and execution of content requirements
- Evaluate business cases and translate business and process needs into concrete requirements
- Advise on the conception and implementation of onsite content measures
- Drive process improvements and automations
- Technical enablement of Content projects
- Analysis of further developments of the CMS in coordination with the Platform team
- Coach the content team on data driven decision making
What you’ll need
- A Minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience with sound knowledge in content management and content strategies
- Experience with UX copy writing, SEO copy writing and conversion optimisation
- Experience with CMS systems, in particular Adobe Experience Manager
- Native level fluency in German and English, other language fluency is a plus
- Familiar using and translating data into actionable insights
- Ability to use problem solving methodologies and tools to solve complex challenges

Getting to know each other
If you pass the first Get2Know interview, you will be invited to a further exchange (=Peer Interview). During our Peer Fit interview, you will get to know not only your potential future team but also people from other teams. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills as well as your field through a technical challenge. During this conversation, you will get all the information you want about the position you applied for and our company culture. If the team makes a positive decision, there will be a final interview with the leadership team.
