Your Role
As a Junior UX/UI Designer (f/m/diverse), you will:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team in a vibrant agile environment
- Support in conveying our design guiding principles and visual language both in-house and to external parties
- Play a supportive role in bringing designs and UX flows/concepts/improvements to life
- Work towards maintaining a uniform visual representation across our various products and features
Your Responsibilities
- Discover: Assist senior team members in identifying user needs through usability tests, user feedback, and other sources
- Define: Aid in translating user needs into visual concepts, mock-ups, and other design components under guidance
- Develop: Participate in the design team’s processes to establish and adjust UI components, collaborating closely with other teams
- Deliver: Work alongside frontend developers and senior designers to refine and implement design components in our digital platforms
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC and Sketch is recommended
- Basic understanding of UX research and design principles
- An introduction to design methods like design thinking or design sprint would be advantageous
- If you have a beginner’s portfolio, please include it in your application. However, it’s not mandatory for this junior position

Getting to know each other
If you pass the first Get2Know interview, you will be invited to a further exchange (=Peer Interview). During our Peer Fit interview, you will get to know not only your potential future team but also people from other teams. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills as well as your field through a technical challenge. During this conversation, you will get all the information you want about the position you applied for and our company culture. If the team makes a positive decision, there will be a final interview with the leadership team.
