To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting : An Investigations Case Manager at 80% - Permanent Contract Salary scale: 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)Location: Lausanne Start date: immediate or to be agreed What you bring to our mission Within the Investigations Unit of the Assistance Department, you actively contribute to respecting the principle of subsidiarity and the compliance of granted benefits.

Your role is to analyse, process and decide on cases of beneficiaries presenting sometimes complex administrative and financial issues.

You operate in a demanding environment where rigour, discernment and analytical skills are essential.

You participate in securing institutional decisions and handling sensitive situations, notably regarding resource checks and suspicions of abuse.

Here, administrative precision meets the human aspect and directly contributes to a mission of public interest."Your key responsibilities You analyse and process beneficiary cases to assess entitlement to benefits in compliance with the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity.

You examine financial documents (bank statements, social insurance certificates, tax documents, contracts, etc.).

You identify and handle particular or sensitive situations.

You draft reasoned administrative decisions, correspondence and analysis summaries.

You conduct interviews with beneficiaries as part of processing complex cases.

You ensure coordination with internal and external partners (social insurances, administrations, municipalities, etc.).

You contribute to statistical monitoring and management tools of the unit.

Your profile Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification; additional training in social insurance or administrative law is an asset Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in analysing administrative cases, ideally related to social assistance, social insurance or a similar field Very good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of subsidiarity mechanisms Ability to analyse complex situations and exercise critical thinking Good writing skills and ability to justify decisions in a structured manner Rigour, reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team Proficiency in common office software What EVAM offers you A committed working environment A teleworking policy5 weeks of holiday (6 from age 50)Very good social benefits Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process in 3 steps: An interview with the unit manager and the recruitment officer A practical test to assess analytical and writing skills A half-day immersion to concretely discover your future working environment At the end of the process: request for a criminal record extract (clean documents required).
