To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting: An Investigation Case Manager at 80% - Permanent Contract Salary class: 4 (this scale applies upon validation of prerequisites; otherwise, the classification is at class -1)Location: Lausanne Start date: Immediately or to be agreed What you bring to our mission Within the Investigation Unit of the Assistance Department, you actively contribute to the respect of the principle of subsidiarity and the compliance of granted aid.

Your role consists of analyzing, investigating, and deciding on beneficiary files presenting sometimes complex social and financial issues.

You work in a demanding environment where rigor, discernment, and analytical skills are essential.

You participate in the drafting of institutional decisions and the processing of sensitive files, particularly in cases of resource control and suspicion of fraud.

Your key missions- You analyze and investigate beneficiary files to evaluate rights to aid in compliance with the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity.- You examine financial documents (bank statements, social insurance statements, tax documents, etc.).- You identify and process specific situations or draft reasoned decisions, correspondence, and investigation summaries.- You conduct interviews with beneficiaries as part of file processing.- You ensure coordination with internal and external partners (social insurance, municipalities, etc.).- You contribute to the monitoring and management tools of the unit.

Your profile- Commercial employee diploma (CFC) or equivalent title; additional training in social insurance or law is an asset.- Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in file analysis, ideally related to social aid, social insurance, or a similar field.- Very good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of subsidiarity mechanisms.- Ability to analyze complex situations and exercise critical thinking.- Strong writing skills and ability to structure and justify decisions.- Rigor, reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.- Proficiency in standard office software.
