We’re looking for a (Senior/Staff) Data Product Manager (m/f/d) to shape data products that help us turn customer, marketing, campaign, and commercial data into measurable business impact. At CTS EVENTIM, you will work at the intersection of product, data, technology, and business — building scalable data products for one of Europe’s leading ticketing and live entertainment platforms. Your work will help teams make better decisions, improve customer and partner experiences, and unlock new opportunities across marketing, analytics, automation, and commercial performance.What to expectOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact data products across marketing, commercial, and business domains.Translate complex business needs, user problems, and technical constraints into clear product outcomes, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.Lead product discovery, including problem validation, user research, process analysis, and solution definition.Build products that improve campaign insights, audience understanding, reporting, automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency.Drive end-to-end delivery with Engineering, Data, BI, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business teams.Define and track success metrics such as adoption, usability, performance, efficiency gains, revenue impact, and business value.Use data, analytics, user feedback, and stakeholder input to make confident prioritization decisions.Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale data products across teams, markets, and use cases.Continuously improve product usability, scalability, reliability, and adoption after launch.What you’ll bringSeveral years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a comparable role, ideally in a data-driven digital environment.Strong experience owning products from discovery to delivery, including iteration and continuous improvement.A solid understanding of data products, BI, analytics, reporting, data platforms, or automation use cases.Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, BI, Design, and Business.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, user insights, and business goals into product decisions.Confidence in defining KPIs, success metrics, and measurable product outcomes.Experience with agile ways of working, including prioritization, backlog management, Scrum or Kanban.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.A structured, proactive, and ownership-driven working style.Very good English skills; German is a plus.Nice to have Experience with marketing analytics, customer data, campaign performance, attribution, audience insights, personalization, or commercial reporting.Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, MarTech, AdTech, retail media, or data-driven B2B/B2C environments.Familiarity with scalable systems, APIs, cloud-based architectures, data governance, privacy, or access management.Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced analytics use cases.What makes you stand outYou combine strategic thinking with hands‑on product ownership.You are comfortable navigating complexity, challenging assumptions, and aligning diverse stakeholders around clear outcomes.You create space for ownership and decision‑making, communicate with empathy, and stay focused on products that deliver real value for users and the business.Join us and help shape the data products behind unforgettable live entertainment experiences.Benefits30 days of paid vacation plus the option of up to 15 days of unpaid leave25 days of workation within the EUFlexible working hoursSofa Concerts and employee eventsDiscounts on ticket purchases & opportunities for clearing assignmentsCorporate benefits and discounts at KESS Central location & subsidy for a Job Ticket or Germany Ticket Bike leasingMental health program & company pension scheme “GoFluent” language learning platform as well as Lunch & Learn sessionsWe value diversity and treat all applications equally – regardless of gender, background, age, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
