You will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on track in terms of planning, budget, deliverables, risks and quality. /p pA key part of the role will be translating complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and project deliverables, while ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. /p pSeveral projects may involve public funding, contractual requirements, budgets and formal project deliverables. You will therefore play an important role in monitoring contractual and financial obligations and ensuring that project requirements are properly managed and fulfilled. /p pYou will work closely with project leadership, engineers, other project managers and supporting functions such as Finance and Legal. /p h3Your Role Responsibilities : /h3 ul liMonitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets. /li liSupport Project Leaders in the structured execution of technical RT and innovation projects. /li liMonitor technical deliverables and translate complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and project documentation. /li liManage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting. /li liCoordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects. /li liManage relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Legal and Communications. /li liCoordinate with external stakeholders, including industry partners, knowledge institutes, universities and governmental organisations. /li liMaintain project documentation, progress reports, risk registers and KPIs. /li liFacilitate workshops and project meetings using appropriate methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking. /li liSupport the preparation of project proposals for national and EU-funded RT and innovation projects. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, governance and ways of working. /li /ul ul liA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. /li liApproximately 2–5 years of relevant project management experience. /li liExperience managing stakeholders within complex organisations or projects. /li liDemonstrable experience managing budgets, contracts and project risks. /li liSufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and understand technical project deliverables. /li liStrong organisational, communication and reporting skills. /li liExperience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. /li liExcellent command of English. /li liExperience with publicly funded research projects, research consortia or public-private partnerships is a strong advantage. /li liExperience with SAP is a plus. /li liKnowledge of Lean methodologies and/or a project management certification such as PMP, IPMA or Scrum is a plus. /li liExperience within aerospace, high-tech innovation, energy transition or another technically complex environment is highly desirable. /li /ul pCandidates with significantly more than 5 years of relevant project management experience may be considered overqualified for the scope and level of this position. /p h3What we offer : /h3 ul liA challenging Project Manager role within a high-tech and innovative environment. /li liThe opportunity to contribute to technically complex projects focused on innovation, sustainability and future technologies. /li liClose collaboration with engineers, universities, industry partners and governmental organisations. /li liExposure to technically complex and publicly funded Research Technology projects. /li liA highly collaborative and international working environment. /li liA 1-year fixed-term assignment (deta-vast) through Everience, with a possible opportunity for a permanent position afterwards, subject to the applicable conditions and client requirements. /li liExpectation: 50% on site 50% homeworking /li /ul pAll our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
