About Everon Everon, a FINMA-regulated Swiss Asset Manager, is seeking an experienced In-House Executive Recruiter to drive the growth of our advisor team. This is an executive search role in-house: you'll identify, approach, and win senior private bankers and relationship managers to join Everon. Your Role You will drive growth by identifying, approaching, and winning senior private bankers and relationship managers, running the full search cycle from market mapping and discreet direct approaches to assessment and closing. You'll work a sophisticated audience: financial professionals evaluating career transitions. This requires balancing disciplined pipeline management with the patience to build trust in a relationship-driven industry. What You Will Bring Executive Search Experience: 7 - 10 years in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level talent acquisition, ideally covering front-office banking, private banking, or wealth management desks. Direct Sourcing Mastery: You build pipelines yourself through LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referral networks, and discreet approaches to employed bankers. Complex Closes: Demonstrated success navigating counteroffers, garden leave, book portability, and family considerations. You know a senior banker's move involves more stakeholders than the banker alone. Swiss Private Banking Knowledge: You understand how private banking and wealth management work in Switzerland, whether from search mandates, previous roles, or your network. Pipeline Discipline: Comfortable with CRM systems and metrics-driven processes. You qualify systematically and know where every candidate stands. Consultative Style: You listen, understand the candidate's situation, and position the move thoughtfully. Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken. German or French is a plus.
