At Eversports, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team and help us scale our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on commercial hiring with an eye on tech recruitment , ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent to drive Eversports‘ growth. Planned start: 01.02.2025 Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles and support tech hiring Optimize recruitment processes and implement workflows in Greenhouse Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals Build strong candidate pipelines and track key hiring metrics Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Experience in full-cycle recruitment; with exposure to tech hiring (developers, designers etc.) and ideally in start-up/scale-up environments Fluency in German and English; Spanish or French is a plus Strong skills in sourcing strategies, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and data-driven recruitment Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build trust across teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating great candidate experiences At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 2,800,– (based on a full-time basis of 35h) Embrace the freedom of flexible hours take work for you and your team Experience the best of both worlds with our hybrid work setup – work from your cozy home office or from a desk next to your peers onsite Work in the office located in the heart of the most livable city, that waits for you to bring out the best of it Enjoy a full-time, 35-hour work week, with every second Friday off Stay active and healthy with a monthly sports budget to book your favorite activities at Eversports – it’s time to have fun while staying fit!
