Overview As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own end-to-end recruitment across Eversports, partner closely with hiring managers, and help shape a hiring process that feels structured, human, and fast. You will work on a mix of roles, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us keep improving how we attract, assess, and hire talent. This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, moves comfortably in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to make a visible impact on how we grow.
Working hours Full‑time, 35 hours per week with every second Friday off!

Your Tasks
Own end-to-end recruitment across different roles at Eversports
Partner closely
with hiring managers to define needs, shape interview processes, and keep hiring on track
Create a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first contact to offer
Write job ads, interview guides, scorecards, and other hiring materials that help teams hire better
Keep our ATS in great shape and continuously improve how we use Greenhouse
Stay on top of changing priorities and help move roles forward in a fast‑paced environment
Track hiring metrics
and use insights to improve our hiring process
Bring ideas
to make our systems, workflows, and candidate journeys more efficient and effective
Support talent projects
Your Profile
3+ years of experience
in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast‑paced scaleup or tech environment
You are comfortable working in a setting where priorities can change quickly, and you know how to adapt without losing focus
You think proactively
and naturally look for ways to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
You are curious about new tools , workflows, and smarter ways to recruit
You know how to build strong hiring processes and keep things moving
You are confident working with ATS tools such as Greenhouse and comfortable with templates, scorecards, and process improvements
You build trust quickly
and communicate well with different stakeholders
You are organised, energetic,
and able to juggle multiple roles at once
You care about both data and candidate experience
You speak English fluently; German is a plus

At Eversports, we believe in transparency. For this position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 45,000 (based on a full‑time basis of 35h).
