Overview

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? At Eversports, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team and help us scale our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on commercial hiring with an eye on tech recruitment , ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent to drive Eversports’ growth. Employment: 30-35h / week, every second Friday off!

Planned start: 01.02.2025

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles and support tech hiring
  • Optimize recruitment processes and implement workflows in Greenhouse
  • Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and track key hiring metrics
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

Your profile

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment; with exposure to tech hiring (developers, designers etc.) and ideally in start-up/scale-up environments
  • Fluency in German and English; Spanish or French is a plus
  • Strong skills in sourcing strategies, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and data-driven recruitment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build trust across teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating great candidate experiences
