About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Technical Product Owner to help drive our product vision forward. You’ll work closely with a talented, cross-functional team, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build innovative, user-centric solutions that push the boundaries of logistics as a service. This means driving the exploration and validation of new ideas while also ensuring the successful delivery of features.

Each day is different, but here’s what you’ll get up to:

• Product Ownership & Strategy: Shape the product vision, develop roadmaps, and drive the execution of features across the product lifecycle. You will work with the team to identify user needs, prioritize your deliverables, and ensure the timely adoption of high-quality solutions.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work hands-on with the agile engineering team to break down customer & solution requirements and user stories. You’ll be a key liaison between your squad, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that features are built to meet customer needs and drive business value.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback, define clear product requirements, and manage expectations around timelines and deliverables.
• Technical Product Expertise: Dive deep into complex topics, leveraging your technical expertise in areas like REST APIs, JSON, XML, combined with a strong interest to investigate and understand customer pain points as well as potential solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze the success of your product hypotheses, iterate based on user feedback, and drive enhancements that improve the overall product offering. You’ll take ownership of the product impact, ensuring that we meet both technical and business objectives.
• Agile Practices: As the Product Owner, you’ll lead both the discovery and delivery tracks for your squad. You’ll work with stakeholders and users to define needs and validate solutions, while collaborating with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution and delivery of features through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

You are special and you bring:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar cross-functional role, managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivering successful product releases.
• You bring solid technical skills and a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including working with REST APIs , JSON , XML , and using tools like Postman to test APIs.
• You are comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, and you have excellent communication skills , including the ability to run customer interviews, gather insights, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• You have experience in agile environments and are familiar with methodologies like Scrum or Kanban .
• You demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and have the ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product features, while working under the guidance of senior team members or leadership.
• You contribute to defining and aligning OKRs for your squad, ensuring the team’s work is aligned with the company and product vision, while driving measurable impact.
• Fluency in English is required; Fluency in German is a plus .
