Social Media Content Lead at LGBTQ health startup gn

Youll be the creative engine behind Every Healths social media presence shaping our brand into the leading voice for LGBTQ healthcare in Europe. Through bold storytelling and viral content youll engage millions making complex health topics accessible relatable and shareable. Your work will foster inclusivity spark conversations and build a community that trusts Every Health as their goto resource for care.

Who we are

70 of queer people are unsatisfied with their access to adequate healthcare. 75 million LGBTQ people in Europe are up to 23x more likely to get sick yet mostly lacks access to supportive care.

We are building the first digital healthcare provider for the LGBTQ community. Our small team of entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals is driven by a vision of equitable accessible and highquality healthcare backed by renowned VCs.

Tasks

Youll work closely with our cofounders Alex and Dima to elevate our organic social media presence and shape our brand identity. As an early team member youll play a key role in crafting our voice building a vibrant community and creating viral highimpact content.

1. Define and execute our social media strategy including brand voice content pillars activations and storytelling frameworks.
2. Be our inhouse content powerhouse: ideate film edit and publish platformnative video content for TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
3. Manage the content calendar and oversee the endtoend production process from ideation to distribution. (Bonus if you enjoy starring in content too!)
4. Develop outreach initiatives to strengthen our brand and voice within the industry and LGBTQ community.
5. Track and analyze key metrics to refine our strategy based on audience engagement and trends.
6. Actively engage with our community to foster meaningful interactions and boost organic growth.
7. Post thoughtprovoking and engaging content on LinkedIn to amplify our brand.
8. Be bold be creative and have fun fresh ideas and an innovative mindset are at the heart of this role!

Requirements

Youll excel in this role if you are

1. A natural storyteller with a strong visual and social media instinct.
2. Have proven experience in social media management & content creation professionally or through your own successful channels.
3. Stay ahead of trends memes and cultural moments knowing how to turn them into viral content.
4. Are comfortable behind and in front of the camera with solid video editing and basic design skills.
5. Thrive in a startup environment taking ownership moving fast and figuring things out.
6. Are fluent in German and professionally proficient in English especially in humor and satire.
7. Have a strong connection to and understanding of the LGBTQ community.
