For our Operations Team, we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you own the fulfillment engine behind every box we ship - managing the 3PLs and fulfillment centres that store, build and dispatch our products across Europe. You keep fulfillment running reliably, on time and at cost, working closely with partners and internal teams to protect an outstanding customer experience as we continue to scale.

Your responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of our fulfillment network, from inbound and cold storage to pick and pack and outbound dispatch

• Manage and develop our 3PL partners across DACH and Benelux through clear SLAs, governance and regular business reviews

• Drive key KPIs such as Fulfilled on Time (FoT), accuracy, packaging quality and cost per box

• Turn data and root-cause analysis into initiatives that improve quality, customer experience and cost efficiency

• Anticipate risks and capacity constraints, and put mitigation plans in place

• Ensure cold-chain and food-safety compliance together with Quality & Safety

• Scale the network through onboarding new FC, capacity expansion and automation

What you bring

• Fluent German and English (EN company language / DE for daily work w partners)

• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations or supply chain, ideally in a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG or food business

• A track record of managing 3PLs or fulfillment centres and building long-term, performance-driven partnerships, ideally with cold-chain, frozen or food operations

• Solid project management skills and the ability to lead cross-site roll-outs on time

• A combination of operational excellence and strategic thinking, with a focus on improving processes, performance and scalability

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into recommendations

• An innovative mindset, with the drive to challenge existing ways of working

• A strong sense of ownership, a calm, structured approach to complex challenges
