Responsibilities
- Support in the planning, organization, and execution of national and international trade shows, congresses, and workshops across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), with a focus on the DACH region.
- Preparation of event briefs and monthly reports for marketing events and activities.
- Collaboration with external partners, agencies, service providers, and the sales team.
- Management and continuous improvement of sales, marketing, and event platforms (Asana, Salesforce, Exhibit Force, Highspot).
- Independent management and execution of defined marketing projects.
Requirements
- College student
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to localize global content effectively.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong project management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
