Regional Manager – Vienna , you will be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of multiple EVO Fitness clubs in Vienna. You will work closely with the

Country Manager Austria

and act as the link between the management team and our Club Managers. Your focus is to ensure that our clubs operate consistently, efficiently and according to EVO standards while delivering excellent experience and achieving their commercial targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the clubs, working with people, solving problems and driving performance. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple EVO clubs Lead, support and develop Club Managers and club teams Drive key KPIs including sales, membership growth, conversion, retention and member satisfaction Ensure consistent operational, service and brand standards across all locations Conduct regular club visits, audits and performance reviews Identify issues and opportunities and ensure effective follow‑up Improve and standardise operational processes across the club network Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability and high performance Work closely with Marketing, Facility, HR and other departments Support new club openings and ensure operational readiness Take operational responsibility for clubs that are temporarily without a Club Manager Report performance, challenges and opportunities to the Country Manager Austria What We Are Looking For

Experience in operations, hospitality, retail, fitness or a similar environment Experience managing teams and ideally multiple locations Strong leadership and people management skills Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented working style High level of ownership and accountability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent German and good English Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Around 60% of the role will be spent in the clubs, particularly during peak hours between 16:00 and 20:30.
