Join our team as a Bid Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect or as soon as possible in a permanent, full-time position.

About the job:

  1. Supporting the sales team in the evaluation and processing of award procedures, tenders and mini-competitions in the public sector and for companies in the private sector.
  2. Reviewing and analysing tender documents, qualifying tender requirements and initial feasibility analysis.
  3. Putting together tender teams, involving relevant specialist departments and identifying the required resources during the tender process.
  4. Ensuring a tendering process that meets deadlines and quality standards.
  5. Support in compiling and processing employee profiles and company references.
  6. Coordinating internal and external contacts (m/f/d) as well as input from the specialist departments and moderating internal and external meetings.
  7. Organisation of the required documents, consolidation of partial results and compilation for final offers.
  8. Quality assurance of the tender documents.
  9. Optimization of standards in tender/bid management.

Who you are:

  1. Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. office management assistant, office administrator, IT systems administrator (m/f/d), a comparable degree or similar.
  2. Basic understanding of IT and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working as well as good self-organisation and ability to work in a team.
  4. Service mentality, perseverance and sensitivity.
  5. Fluent German and very good English skills.

It would be optimal if you:

  1. Know the regulations for awarding contracts and have experience with procurement platforms.
  2. Have professional experience in the field of public procurement and knowledge of public procurement and contract law.
