What to Expect:
- Research, prototype, and conceptualize cutting-edge deep learning models for perception systems utilizing data from cameras, LiDAR, and sonar
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of AI researchers and engineers to develop and optimize perception algorithms for real-world applications
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance to refine and enhance object detection, segmentation, and environmental mapping capabilities
- Explore and implement novel machine learning techniques, including neural networks and sensor fusion, to advance multi-modal perception
- Document findings, present research progress, and contribute to the scientific community through whitepapers and publications

What You Bring:
- A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field

- Experience working with perception data from LiDAR, sonar, and cameras, and a strong grasp of sensor fusion techniques
