Responsibilities
Theoretical phase at DHBW Mannheim:
- Lectures of economics, informatics, and intercultural management, partly in English language.
- Courses in business mathematics, economics, law, computing, and accounting.
- Knowledge of business administration, including studies targeted specifically for industrial operations.
- Semester at a university in a foreign country is mandatory.
Practical phase at the company:
- Participation in exciting IT projects.
- Analysis, documentation, and optimization of IT processes.
- Giving IT advice to internal customers and divisions.
- Learning techniques of project management and working on challenging international tasks.
- Possibility to work in a foreign Evonik site for on-the-job training abroad.
Duration of training: 3 years

Training location: The training takes place in a three-month alternation between practical phases at the Evonik sites in Hanau and Darmstadt and theoretical phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (Mannheim).
