Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Koordination von Bauprojekten im Hoch- und Industriebau
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Vorschriften
- Fremdfirmenkoordination für einzelne Baugewerke
- Kosten- und Qualitätsüberwachung
- Abnahmen und Abrechnungen
- Überwachung von Fortschritt und Qualität der Arbeit
- Dokumentation für bestehende Gebäude und Neubaumaßnahmen
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Koordination von Bauprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Budgets
- Kenntnisse in der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Vorschriften
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen und zu lösen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
