Sales Manager Digital Solutions
Location: Lippstadt, Germany (Hybrid – at least two days per week in office)
Role is based in Germany and focuses on digital sales of SAP-Add‑Ons.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team lead and product owners to showcase our custom SAP‑Add‑Ons to potential enterprise customers.
- Manage qualified leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, partner channels, and the customer network.
- Conduct initial conversations, assess needs and fit, and determine if our solutions align with the customer's requirements.
- Present tailored solutions in demo calls, coordinate next steps and guide the sales process.
- Explain how our offerings simplify workflows, reduce manual steps, and increase transparency.
- Maintain contacts, activities, and sales opportunities in HubSpot CRM and provide feedback from customer interactions to the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or software environments.
- Familiarity with digital sales of solutions; SAP expertise not required, but a willingness to learn about SAP Cloud ERP is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and comfort with video or phone communication.
- Passion for working with mid‑market companies and a drive to shape processes rather than just execute.
- Residence in the Lippstadt area with the ability to work in the office at least twice per week.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
