Responsibilities
- Support biomarker efforts for the various projects within the department.
- Either for stand-alone projects or as full scientific project leader in the biomarker department.
- Oversee experimentation design and planning, and delivery of high-quality scientific data on time in full and within budget.
- Ensure operational efficiency, effective scheduling, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and ensure on-time delivery of scientific excellence.
- Delivery on the KPIs of the project.
- Ensure a collaborative and open working environment that promotes information sharing, integration of all stakeholders and ensuring that scientific data translates into project‑related conclusions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences/Biology or related area with several years (>4Y) of post-doctoral experience in Biomarker discovery.
- Experience and know-how in immuno‑assays development, high‑sensitivity assays, clinical trial measurements and requirements.
- Experience in project leadership of small stand‑alone or complex projects, preferably in either Neuroscience or Immunology/Auto‑immune Disease.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Innovation driven, high quality and scientific acumen.
