Role Overview
This is an opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role in a rapidly evolving industry. As Chief Marketing Officer , you will craft and implement scalable, data-driven marketing strategies that fuel user acquisition, brand growth, and business expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and drives growth in both B2B and B2C verticals.
- Manage and grow the marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee and refine multi-channel marketing efforts, including SEO, affiliate marketing, paid media, content marketing, PR, event marketing, and branding.
- Utilize competitive analysis tools and data-driven insights to track marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts, ensuring marketing initiatives have a measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with marketing influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, MICA), integrating compliance into campaign structures.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role within crypto, fintech, or blockchain industries.
- Strong track record in creating and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, understanding unique strategies for each audience type.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in fintech and crypto industries, ensuring all marketing efforts align with legal frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and competitive intelligence tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.).
- Leadership experience in growing and managing high-performing global marketing teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying new market opportunities and optimizing customer acquisition funnels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, in-app marketing, affiliate programs, and branding strategies.
- Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, with the ability to align marketing efforts with industry developments.
- Fluent English is required (additional language skills, such as Russian, are a plus).
