You will join the agency to work with our teams on client projects across a range of sectors. /ph3Your role /h3pGrow EWM’s client portfolio by identifying opportunities, building lasting relationships and supporting prospects through to signing. You will work with management and the team responsible for automating prospecting to make sales activities more effective. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify and approach businesses that match the agency’s target profiles, particularly in real estate, luxury and hospitality. /liliUnderstand their needs and tailor your presentation of our design, marketing, web development and automation services. /liliManage the sales cycle: qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation and closing. /liliDevelop proposals with management and the specialist teams. /liliCoordinate project handovers to the delivery teams so commitments align with client expectations. /liliTrack opportunities in the CRM and meet the agreed sales targets. /liliKeep up with market developments and prospects’ digital needs. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulliAt least three years of sales experience in a digital agency or a comparable environment. /liliA good understanding of design, digital marketing and web development services. /liliStrong communication, listening, qualification and negotiation skills. /liliFluent French; professional English or another language is a plus. /liliIndependence, initiative, a focus on results and the ability to work in a team. /li /ulh3Conditions and working environment /h3ulliWorkload: more than 80% of full time. /liliAmbitious projects and direct collaboration with the agency’s teams. /liliPerformance bonuses and opportunities for ongoing training. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
