The Customer Success team is looking for an IT Consultant who combines hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise with clear communication and ownership of customer projects.
The Role
You will guide customers from understanding their requirements through to technical delivery, working closely with their IT teams and your internal colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of customer projects, coordinating delivery, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Implementing Microsoft Cloud and IT security solutions alongside customers’ IT administrators.
- Translating customer needs into technical plans for Microsoft 365 deployments.
- Providing technical input during sales discussions and helping customers understand the proposed solutions.
Your Background
- You communicate fluently in German and have very good English skills.
- You have practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and associated security capabilities.
- You have independently delivered technical implementations and are comfortable taking responsibility for the work.
- You bring at least two years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting, implementation, or administration.
- You can discuss technical details with IT specialists and explain their business implications to decision-makers.
- You work methodically, take initiative when solving problems, and collaborate reliably with colleagues.
- You have an IT degree, completed vocational training in IT, or an equivalent qualification.
