🎯 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Game Designer to take ownership of gameplay systems, progression mechanics, feature ideation, and game economy balancing. You’ll be a key part of the design process from concept to live ops — crafting mechanics that are fun, intuitive, and aligned with our creative vision.

You’ll be responsible for shaping gameplay mechanics, feature logic, and reward systems — working in close alignment with our established creative and visual direction. While the artistic tone, theme, and overall look & feel are already defined by our internal direction team, you’ll have the freedom to innovate within that framework — adding depth, player engagement, and replayability through smart systems and design decisions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design core mechanics, bonus features, and user flows for slot games

• Build and balance game economies, reward systems, and retention loops

• Translate ideas into clear documentation (GDDs, feature specs, symbol behavior sheets)

• Collaborate with developers, artists, animators, and the direction team to align gameplay with visuals

• Support development through feature tuning, prototyping, and implementation feedback

• Analyze player behavior and game performance post-launch to refine mechanics and improve KPIs

🧠 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in game design (preferably in slots, social casino, or casual games)

• Strong understanding of gameplay loops, feature engagement, and player psychology

• Experience designing and tuning game economies, symbols, and payout logic

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Figma, Notion, or Miro for prototyping and flow mapping

• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming and familiarity with RTP, volatility, and compliance constraints

• Comfort working in stylized art-driven environments

• Basic knowledge of Unity, Cocos Creator, or Spine

• A good eye for UX clarity and intuitive interaction design
