We are looking for a dedicated 1st Level IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for technical support inquiries. In this role, you will quickly identify issues, deliver tailored IT solutions, and ensure prompt responses to support requests. You’ll also play a key role in updating internal documentation and providing onsite support as needed. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and direct influence on healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first responder for technical support for company practices managing Level 1 support tickets via phone and software systems.
  2. Provide efficient troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
  3. Update and refine internal documentation, self-help articles, and support guidelines.
  4. Assist remotely as needed and be available for onsite tasks or guiding remote hands teams.
  5. Perform fieldwork and provide onsite support at company practices as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years in IT support with proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  3. Solid knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and networking.
  4. Passion for technology, especially in networking.
  5. Independent and organized work style with excellent communication skills.
  6. High reliability and proactive attitude.
  7. Fluent in German (C2) and a valid Class B driver’s license.
