Main Responsibilities Sales of standard and custom lenses, laser optics, machine vision solutions, and precision optical systems in the European market Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with existing customers, sales partners, and new customers in the EMEA region Identifying new business opportunities, applications, and projects, and actively shaping further market growth Independently managing the entire sales process, from the initial customer approach to the successful closing of a contract Working closely with teams from development, application engineering, product management, and project management Providing consultation and leading negotiations with technical and business contacts at various decision‑making levels Representing our company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events in Europe Requirements Technical understanding in the fields of semiconductor backend, optics, laser optics, or machine vision; experience in one or more of these areas is a plus A successfully completed technical or business degree or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in technical sales, business development, or a comparable customer‑oriented environment Enjoyment of building long‑term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a good understanding of business Experience in an international customer and project environment is desirable Fluency in German and English Entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative, and a strong focus on customers and solutions Willingness to travel regularly within Europe We welcome suitable applications regardless of gender, cultural and social background, age, religion, ideology, disability or sexual identity. xhdzyng Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
