The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution

What You Can Expect:

Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work on electrical systems and machinery

Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and troubleshooting electrical systems

Ensuring equipment availability and optimizing production processes

Carrying out inspections in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards

Documenting all work performed and measures taken

Supporting modifications, expansions, and the commissioning of equipment and systems

Contributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP)

What You Bring:

Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrician, or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment

Knowledge of control and drive technology (e.g., PLC; experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal is an advantage)

Independent and structured approach to work

Strong teamwork skills and a high level of responsibility

Good written and spoken German

Good written and spoken English would be desirable

Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation
